Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking Operations Coordinator at our equipment processing center in Baltimore, MD. WHAT YOU’LL DO Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status. Opens, closes, and reconciles production workorders. Prioritizes and assigns workorders for completion to appropriate employees. Coordinates account activities, priorities, and status with mfg. personnel and Third Party Logistics Provider. Tracks inbound parts and equipment and forecasts incoming volume. Maintains equipment inventory, tracking, location, status, organization, and billing systems. Enters product receipts and picks into inventory management system; verifies accuracy of information. Performs reporting and analyzes results to management and customer. Cross-trains and performs other administrative functions to include dispatching of parts/equipment and printing BOLs. WHAT YOU’LL NEED One year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees. Basic math skills are required. Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
