Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track fleet oil changes, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
  • Analyze fleet data to support long-term strategy and cost-saving decisions.
  • Compare pricing, negotiate rates, and build strong relationships with repair shops and service vendors.
  • Track job supply usage and inventory through organized spreadsheets and digital systems.
  • Contact sales reps to place orders, negotiate pricing, and maintain cost-effective supply channels.
  • Identify trends and provide insights for purchasing strategy.
  • Monitor facility security systems, including cameras, environmental controls, and team member access.
  • Support team members with access to digital systems and platforms.
  • Maintain organized digital files, back up spreadsheets, and track operational task lists.
  • Manage team member recognition and celebration.
  • Coordinate monthly huddles, training sessions, and company events.
  • Book hotel reservations and assist with travel logistics for team members.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across departments.
  • Take on additional responsibilities at the discretion of the Excellence Manager.
