About The Position

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative day-to-day operations of the business. They ensure smooth workflow, track progress, and communicate with different teams to meet operational goals.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Direct communicator, able to build strong relationships across the company with all employee levels

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring account portfolio, managing Corrigo tickets, checking emergency tickets, and ensuring timely assignments.
  • Nightly cleaning reports, open work orders, missed cleans, and daily communications to field managers.
  • Team cleans, QA audits, periodic tickets, Wednesday Skip Days/Saturday cleanings, and trash hauling.
  • Daily security issue tracking plus monthly trend reporting.
  • Sending photos/completion notes, troubleshooting QR code issues, and helping managers close tickets.
  • Training staff in English and Spanish via phone, Zoom, and email.
  • Responding to emails and attending meetings.
  • End-of-month reports, client reports, performance goals, and complaint trending.
  • Background checks, timekeeping reports, master job lists, new builds, and branch setup.
  • Special projects and other duties assigned.
