This role supports the Branch Operations Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations. Responsibilities include diverse tasks such as batch generation, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, inventory management, production prioritization, and customer communication. The role involves creating and receiving orders in the BUS system for raw materials, verifying product, freight costs, and delivery dates. Collaboration with Purchasing and Key Account Coordinator is required to maintain updated product codes, batches, SDS, and COA information. The position also entails dispatching Brenntag drivers and preferred carriers for pick-ups and deliveries, assigning trailers for loading with correct products and quantities, and ensuring cost-effective transportation methods when feasible. Additional duties include operating a forklift and spotter truck, loading and unloading trucks, working in high/elevated areas, and offloading/connecting/disconnecting rail cars. The role requires escalating supply and demand issues to management for resolution, representing Brenntag Pacific professionally, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. Attendance at required training is mandatory. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
