About The Position

MAGUSA, a division of The Rock-It Company, is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join their logistics team. This role will assist the MAGUSA Operations team with arranging domestic and international transportation projects. The coordinator will work with experienced professionals to coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery, supporting mega events in sports, global music tours, and complex film projects. Requirements

• Strong organization and comfort managing multiple priorities.
• Basic Outlook and Excel skills, plus the ability to learn new systems.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, on-call coverage, or project travel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, events, or another time-sensitive environment is preferred, not required.
• Some familiarity with freight forwarding or air import/export is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Research routes and book domestic and international shipments.
• Generate quotes and pricing for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate air, trucking, and ocean import/export moves.
• Prepare accurate transportation and export documents.
• Keep customers, carriers, warehouses, and global teams informed.
• Track shipments and act quickly when plans change.
• Maintain accurate files and build strong customer and vendor relationships.
