About The Position
Texas Building Supply, a division of USLBM, serves the major markets in Texas with five building material yards and one window distribution facility across Austin, Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth and San Antonio. The Operations Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks and provides daily support to the operations of the location. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Good administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of construction or building industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to the operations team.
- Assist with checking out drivers, scheduling delivery changes, and DOT administrative tasks.
- Print and distribute work picks and consolidated work picks.
- Maintain invoice records, the filing system, and posts corrections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Adhere to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.
- Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
