About The Position

As an Ops Coordinator we are looking for a highly motivated individual to effectively coordinate and logistically oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors and customers. This role will also perform a variety of administrative tasks including light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval and the back-end charge process in support of our Sales and Operations departments. This role will collaborate with sales representatives, internal/external customers, vendor partners, project managers and coordinators and others to: While maintaining a people-focused approach, you will meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers by gathering customer information and ensuring projects are completed on time. Effectively provide timely information people need to know to do their jobs; providing direct support to sales, vendors and customers to coordinate movement of equipment. Communicate on a technical and professional level while interfacing with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally. Use systems, tools, and informal methods effectively to manage each project to completion while properly adhering to Company policies and procedures. Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors to settle differences/conflicts effectively; win concessions with customers without damaging relationship. Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3 + years experience working in a professional business environment required.
  • 3+ years in a customer service role with ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Able to thrive and succeed in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
  • Enjoy working hard and being a self-starter; action oriented and full of energy; pursue everything with drive, energy and a need to finish well.

  • Accounting experience
  • Knowledge of AI as it relates to operations coordination, logistics, and modular building management is a plus
