The Operations Coordinator partners with the District Director to support daily operations across multiple behavioral health programs. Requirements

  • (3) years of related experience; in operations, office coordination, administrative support, or a related role with demonstrated knowledge of office operations, workload prioritization, vendor coordination, and basic financial and administrative processes.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and respond to occasional urgent operational needs as they arise.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Intermediate proficiency in business applications and productivity suites
  • Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers.

  • Interact with others and perform tasks in-person and through the use of technology, with moderate periods of stationary activity and moderate periods of increased physical activity including and not limited to walking throughout the workplace, moving between offices or buildings, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent use of computers and standard office equipment.
  • Moves equipment/materials weighing up to (25) pounds.
  • Travels between worksites regularly and may operate the agency vehicle to support operational responsibilities Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and motor vehicle records clearance in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches
  • Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational needs across district locations to help maintain an organized, safe, and functional work environment for staff.
  • Provide direct operational support to the District Director by tracking action items, supporting district projects and events, and maintaining an organized office environment where operational needs are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Human Resources to prepare workspaces, issue and collect keys and badges, provide facility tours to new hires, and ensure they understand building safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Maintain a safe and ready workplace by monitoring safety equipment, managing key control processes, coordinating required trainings such as fire drills, ensuring safety tools remain accessible, and partnering with facilities to resolve maintenance or workspace concerns.
  • Manage operational purchasing and vendor services by maintaining supply inventory, placing orders, coordinating vendor support, and reconciling purchasing card expenses to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Support financial and administrative processes by assisting with expense tracking, billing coordination, and operational documentation in partnership with Finance and district leadership.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for staff by responding to routine operational needs, addressing issues as they arise, and connecting employees with the appropriate support.
