Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in business is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen interest in continuous learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to guide others through processes with clarity and confidence.
  • Attention to confidentiality across all levels of work.

  • Interest in learning more about the finance / wealth management industries.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
  • Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the friendly face of our branch, providing front desk coverage and acting as the local point of contact.
  • Facilitate effective branch and office communications.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including space, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage accounts payable and oversee bill payments.
  • Review and distribute mail efficiently and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot conference room, technology, and branch network issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools for reporting and analytics.
  • Support branch events, meetings, and campaigns with enthusiasm.
  • Administer our CRM program to enhance client relationships.
