About The Position

Aligned with the company’s mission, the Operations Coordinator (OC) plays a key role in supporting the daily operational needs of the program under the direction of the Fleet Manager. This position contributes to the efficiency and safety of field operations through hands-on support tasks, minor administrative responsibilities, and quality-control functions related to warehouse organization and fleet readiness. This is a seasonal, full-time fixed term position based in Golden, CO, from June through to November.

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and squat over the course of a full work shift.
• Fine manual dexterity to perform basic tasks.
• Meet company and DOT driving requirements.
• Must pass a background check.

• Passion for travel.
• Travel industry work experience, particularly as a Tour Leader.
