We're seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating people, schedules, and logistics to keep operations running smoothly. As the Operations Coordinator, you'll be the central hub connecting customers, sales, production, and logistics. Your work will directly impact on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency throughout our manufacturing process.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, logistics, scheduling, or production coordination.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Ability to learn new processes and software with implementation success.
Knowledge of shipping and transportation coordination from a rebar shop perspective
Understanding reinforcing terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

Communicate proactively with customers regarding production timelines and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to establish and maintain daily shipping schedules.
Manage and update production documentation, including orders and rebar tags.
Arrange and coordinate trucking for outbound deliveries.
Provide backup support for administrative tasks such as inventory and production reporting.
