About The Position

The Operations Coordinator supports the planning and execution of household goods and logistics move opportunities for corporate relocation clients. This role works closely with UniGroup agents, clients, and internal teams to evaluate move requests, ensure policy alignment, and support smooth service execution. This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and able to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. You’ll play an important role in coordinating move opportunities, supporting agent relationships, and helping ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 to 3 years of related experience, preferably within logistics, coordination, or service-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, calculations, and policies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions with incomplete information
  • Solid written communication skills, primarily in an email-based environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and handling detailed data entry
  • Working knowledge of Excel; reporting or data analysis experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and coordinate move opportunities for corporate relocation clients
  • Evaluate key details such as origin, destination, timing, shipment size, and agent availability
  • Apply client relocation policies to determine next steps, approvals, or required follow-up
  • Calculate and validate costs related to move services and ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with agents and internal teams to support move planning and execution
  • Monitor shipments and assist with resolving service issues or questions as they arise
  • Maintain accurate documentation across multiple systems and spreadsheets
  • Provide timely, professional customer service and support day-to-day operational needs
