Our products combine African botanicals, science-backed actives, and mood-boosting scents to deliver visible results and premium experiences. We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about logistics and supply chain management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are available across all platforms, including DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Facebook Shop is a plus
- No educational requirements; just bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure inventory is in stock across all sales platforms.
- Assist with order fulfillment, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels and product availability.
