About The Position

The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. This position will be required to work onsite in our Whitestone, NY plant the following shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:00 am. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and safety regulations. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High School diploma required, bachelor's preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support building strong internal and external relationships and effectively communicate your work product
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Must be located in Whitestone, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
Willingness to be onsite daily in the Tropicana plant in Whitestone, NY

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with limited direction and balance competing priorities
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
Project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
Supporting office administration duties and customer interactions as needed
