About The Position

SBM Management is searching for an Operations Coordinator to support Facility Management services for the Cincinnati Reds Stadium. Responsibilities Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals. Assists managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities. Builds and maintains strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications. Evaluates current operational performance and provides strategic plan for improvements. Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets. Identifies problems in operations process and resolves them in quickly and timely manner. Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED
  • Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
  • Required to have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
  • Basic bookkeeping skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Experience in the customer service field is a preferred

Responsibilities

  • Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Perform janitorial duties
  • Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and work under pressure while managing multiple issues
  • Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Assists managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
  • Evaluates current operational performance and provides strategic plan for improvements.
  • Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
