Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Spectrum
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Flexibility to support occasional after-hours events or travel

  • Administrative, operations, or event coordination experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and trainings
  • Manage event logistics including vendors, venues, materials, and on-site support
  • Serve as a liaison between operations teams, leadership, and vendors
  • Coordinate webinars and virtual trainings to support operational initiatives
  • Support onboarding and ongoing employee training programs
  • Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation
  • Review and improve operational and training processes
  • Support office operations, facilities coordination, and supply management
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative requirements
