Requirements

Minimum four years of industrial process plant, power generation, energy, or related operational experience.
Related university degree and four‐plus years’ experience OR six‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and maintaining an incident-free work environment.
Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized business systems.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a passport.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting wind generation facilities, renewable energy assets, or power plant operations.
Technical trade education, apprenticeship, diploma, or certification.
Electrical education, certification, or experience working with high-voltage electrical systems.
Experience with contract administration, vendor management, and contractor oversight.
Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance programs within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operations and maintenance activities for plant equipment, including balance of plant systems, substations, switchyards, collection systems, transmission infrastructure, and site facilities.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs while promoting a strong safety culture and incident-free workplace.
Develop, maintain, and track operational and maintenance schedules, analyze performance against targets, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate contractors, resources, materials, and equipment to ensure maintenance and operational activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Support plant compliance programs, including environmental commitments, NERC requirements, equipment inspections, certifications, and regulatory reporting.
Prepare operational reports, maintain plant records and logs, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and assist with Oracle financial processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including operations teams, contractors, landowners, community representatives, and service providers, while providing on-call support for operational events and emergencies.
