Vector Media is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Florida to join its Operations Department. This hybrid role, requiring four days per week in the office, reports to the National Inventory Manager. The Operations Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the bus and bus shelter advertising program in multiple Florida markets, including Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Lakeland, Lake County, and Broward County. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed charting of advertisements, managing inventory holds, posting and removal dates, and documenting completion. The role also involves working with operations personnel and subcontractors, assisting in scheduling and coordinating the installation and removal of advertising copy, and maintaining shelters, as well as receiving and checking in advertising materials. The position typically works normal office hours (M-F) but may require occasional night or weekend work.
