About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Holliday Farms Senior Living in Zionsville, IN. This full-time position serves as the "First Face" of the community, providing exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, guests, and employees. The role involves answering questions, assisting the administrative team, and managing accurate resident billing, payments, and credits. We are looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and energetic individual to be our "Go-To Guide" and "Accurate Accountant."

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.
  • Experience in handling bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting with an ability to adhere to the company’s accounting policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical solving skills if needed.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
  • Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day.
  • Sedentary periods of one to three hours are also required.
  • Ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming host and "First Face" of the community, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Answer, or help find the answer, to any questions received by residents, vendors, guests, or employees, whether in person, telephone, or by email.
  • Assist the administrative team in completing assigned tasks and ensure timely and professional handling of phone calls and emails.
  • Track resident occupancy, ensure accurate resident billing, and correctly apply payments and credits to resident accounts.
