Reporting into the Senior Manager, AGI Operations, the Operations Liaison has a pivotal role in opening our online catalogs that allows our partners to place units, as well as managing our Customer Service Inbox.

Requirements

College Degree (A.E.C. or D.E.C.)
Positivity, curiosity and adaptability are essential
Effective communication skills essential
Ability to work under tight timelines

Nice To Haves

SAP/InDesign/Excel experience a plus

Responsibilities

Link between the AGI merchandising team and the AGI Operations team to create tools and documents that allows for our partners to fully grasp an understanding of the collection.
Create InDesign Catalogs and Excel based documents
Open Catalogs in SAP/Trenza.
Coordinate with the different Merchandisers (Footwear, Acc, HB).
Manage our Customer Service Inbox, handle correspondence with our partners on Claims.
