About The Position

As an Ops Coordinator, we are looking for a highly motivated individual to effectively coordinate and logistically oversee the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers. This role will also perform a variety of administrative tasks including light accounting/billing, document retention, quote documentation/approval, and the back-end charge process in support of our Sales and Operations departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a professional business environment required.
  • 3+ years in a customer service role with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Action-oriented, full of energy, and driven to finish well.
  • Ability to learn quickly independently and with direction, embracing change and navigating new situations effectively.
  • Composed and calm under pressure, able to handle stress and unexpected situations.
  • Adheres to core values, is trusted, direct, truthful, and can admit mistakes.
  • Creates effective peer relationships, solves problems with peers, is a team player, and encourages collaboration.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Knowledge of AI as it relates to operations coordination, logistics, and modular building management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather customer information and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining a people-focused approach.
  • Provide timely information to coordinate the movement of equipment, offering direct support to sales, vendors, and customers.
  • Communicate on a technical and professional level, interfacing clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers.
  • Manage each project to completion using systems, tools, and informal methods, while adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and run reports to ensure deadlines of the business and customer needs are met.
  • Negotiate skillfully with customers and vendors to settle differences/conflicts effectively, winning concessions without damaging relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
