About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily operations by serving as the central point of communication between customers, drivers, warehouse teams, retail locations, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and keeping operations running smoothly while working in a collaborative healthcare-related environment.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
Experience using Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-player mentality with a willingness to support others
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

Coordinate operational activities before orders and information are sent to warehouse teams.
Partner with customer service, retail teams, and call center staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Answer patient phone calls and assist with: Equipment troubleshooting, Oxygen equipment evaluations, Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with hospice partners.
Assist walk-in patients with equipment returns and deliveries.
Manage routing and dispatch activities by communicating with drivers and warehouse personnel.
Maintain accurate documentation and communications through Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.
Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
