This position ensures first-class service contract process execution on customer service contracts. It involves installing base data entry and data quality for the assigned area, ensuring timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, and maintaining the quality and integrity of customer contracts as they are entered into the system. The role also acts as a liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service, and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.
