About The Position

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for their store in Bellevue, WA. This role is responsible for all back-of-house operations, supporting store leadership, and driving sales goals. The Operations Coordinator acts as a key holder and may serve as manager on duty in the absence of a manager. The position emphasizes providing excellent client service and upholding the Tiffany Experience, which includes creating connections, providing personalized experiences, and honoring the Tiffany Legacy. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Nice To Haves

  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and coordinate client service activities.
  • Act as a key holder and manager on duty when a manager is unavailable.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
  • Support the store in achieving sales plans.
  • Capture customer data during interactions.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
  • Act as a Tiffany brand ambassador, providing the Tiffany Touch during client interactions.
  • Execute best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
  • Resolve client and employee concerns utilizing judgment and knowledge of policy and procedure.
  • Execute daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, taking in jewelry repairs, and cleaning merchandise.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients.
  • Maximize productivity and provide feedback on process changes.
  • Assist management in coordinating work and coaching team members when acting as manager on duty.
  • Ensure operational excellence in all tasks.

Benefits

  • The hiring range for this position is from $24.65 to $33.35. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
