About The Position

Responsible for organizing and synchronizing all job related activities between the field staff, dispatch, operations, laboratory and customers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate activities between multiple departments and external parties
  • Proficiency in report preparation and distribution
  • Understanding of company policy adherence

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with the dispatcher and operations/branch manager to ensure work requirements are met with adequately qualified employees
  • Relaying the customer’s requests to the field and laboratory employees
  • Ensuring that necessary updates and final communications are distributed in accordance with customer requirements and AmSpec policy
  • Preparation and distribution of all reports including final wires and invoice
  • Informing the Operations Manager/ Supervisor of any problems that could potentially affect customers
  • Being available to meet with customers as well as represents the company at industry functions that could result in improved levels of work from the customer
  • Assisting the Operations Manager/Supervisor with ensuring the adherence of company policy by the field staff
