About The Position

This role supports administrative and operational processes for multiple departments. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for documentation, recordkeeping, and issue tracking. They will also monitor and report on key performance metrics, coordinate production schedules, and manage order follow-ups. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent hire.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in an administrative role or similar. An equivalent combination of experience and/or education may be considered.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Manufacturing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and operational processes to multiple departments, including documentation, recordkeeping, and maintenance/issue tracking.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensuring accurate and timely data updates.
  • Coordinate and maintain production schedules, reports, and daily operational tracking tools.
  • Follow up on orders for expediting, creating change orders as needed.
  • Reconcile deliveries against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and accounts payable teams to ensure timely product delivery and prompt supplier payments.
  • Perform similar or other duties as required.
