Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia or hold a privilege to practice in the State of Georgia under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Two (2) years of nursing leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience in a specialty area.
• Certified in clinical specialty.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the twenty-four-hour oversight of clinical operations on the unit.
• Manages the capital and operating budget, personnel, patient care services, physician relations, as well as the organization of administrative and professional programs.
