About The Position

Coral is a Montreal-based, venture-backed health-tech startup on a mission to transform women's healthcare through innovation and personalized care. Coral supports women from peri- to post-menopause and beyond, offering a holistic, science-backed approach through 1:1 virtual care and a comprehensive digital platform. We are seeking a bilingual individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills to join our growing health-tech start-up as Operations Coordinator for an internship in Fall 2026. This role is essential in ensuring an excellent experience for our customers while participating in operational efficiency initiatives. Many of the responsibilities are tactical, but executed with an eye on improvement. Work will be fast-paced and focused on driving the business forward in an incredibly entrepreneurial environment. Coral is founded by a group of executives with extensive background founding and growing technology companies. Anna Chif, executive chairperson, founded Dialogue, a leading telemedicine company in Canada, which went public and was later acquired by Sun Life Financial. Fiona Lake Waslander, CEO, is a successful serial entrepreneur, with her latest venture, Skylight, being acquired by Opendoor. John McCalla, Chief Technology Officer, was VP Engineering at Dialogue and previously founded a technology company. Coral has raised $8M in seed capital from Brightspark Ventures, Diagram Ventures, AQC and The51 - all top Canadian VCs. The company is split between Montreal and Toronto.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (French/English) is a must.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Undergoing undergraduate degree in business, communications, engineering, science or a related degree program required.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms such as Slack, Notion, Google suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Coral’s women’s health programs ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure accurate and thorough record keeping across all Coral’s systems.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth coordination, management of appointments, and lab testing.
• Respond to member inquiries and guide next steps.
• Identify and flag missing information or issues.
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
