A Operations Coordinator (OC) contributes to AHF by focusing on undertaking PHD’s daily office operations and administrative functions, the OC unburdens Public Health Division (PHD) programs with these responsibilities. The OC safeguards valuable PHD assets by taking the lead in managing essential inventory and supports operational logisitics, distribution, and warehousing. Nationally for AHF, PHD Operations handles almost all condom and test kits distribution. The OC contributes to being of service to the division by assisting our Quality Assurance, Operations, and Fleet team. In addition, OC are the main point of contact for AHF’s new testing model, Mobile Wellness. The pods are exciting and innovative meeting clients and services at hard to risk locations. Pods are designed to be mobile and deployed at a moment notice. Pods are unique by being an extension of our clinics. Additionally, the OC plays a significant role in helping to maintain productive and collaborative professional relationships with PHD Departments, AHF Departments, partner organizations, vendors, etc. are decisive to the efforts and work of PHD Operations. A Operations Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by providing critical support to the functioning of AHF’s Public Health Division in achieving AHF’s Mission and Goals across communities in the US. The OC, as a key member of the PHD Operations Team, helps realize its core functions in the service of PHD nationally: administrative and office support and services, logistics and inventory management, pod/fleet and data and quality assurance. PHD Operations fulfills its mission through a commitment to sustaining the integrity of PHD structures and processes and supporting their development, improvement, and innovation.
