About The Position

A growing financial services organization is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join its Brokerage Operations team. In this role, you’ll support financial advisors by processing account paperwork, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring compliance across advisory platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone with office experience and strong attention to detail who wants to build a career in financial services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in an office or administrative environment
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Review advisory paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures
  • Establish new accounts within internal systems for advisor use
  • Update and manage client advisory accounts across various programs
  • Respond to inquiries via Salesforce, email, mail, and phone
  • Ensure all work meets SLAs, performance metrics, and regulatory standards
  • Research and resolve complex cases; escalate issues clearly when needed
  • Partner with Compliance and other internal teams to support operations
  • Manage low- to mid-level issues while maintaining strong communication
