As an Operations Controller, you will be responsible for the accounting activities within assigned accounts and will support the Regional Director of Finance in all financial aspects of the region. This role involves overseeing cash handling, performing reconciliations and analyses, tracking financial performance, developing forecasts and budgets, reviewing ledgers, resolving accounting issues, preparing financial reports, and maintaining inventory and cost control procedures. Additionally, the role includes administration of Payroll and Human Resources, and performing related duties and special projects as assigned.
