Operations Controller
About The Position
The Operations Controller is the senior finance leader for an assigned property and is accountable for property-level execution of accounting operations, gaming revenue integrity, cash/cage-related financial controls, payroll execution, and internal control compliance. The Operations Controller ensures timely and accurate property close, produces reliable financial reporting for site leadership, and serves as the on-site point of coordination for regulatory, audit, and control matters. This role executes enterprise policies set by the Financial Controller and escalates material financial, regulatory, or control risks promptly.
