The Global Continuous Improvement and Systems Enablement Lead will support the Global Director, Continuous Improvement & System Enablement function by partnering with global data center operations teams to identify system needs, gather requirements, support application usage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between operational stakeholders and the Director responsible for global systems and innovations. The ideal candidate will have strong operational process knowledge, the ability to learn multiple applications quickly, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to evaluate, prioritize, and translate business needs into actionable system updates and roadmap recommendations. This position offers growth opportunities into more advanced leadership roles within Global Operations Solutions and Innovation.
