The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role involves providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients, assisting in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems, and maintaining store presentation standards including cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone. The consultant will also be involved in SEPHORA’s merchandising concepts and participate in programs to reduce shortage/loss. Key operational duties include performing shipment receipt and processing, organizing and maintaining the stockroom, processing transfers, damages, and testers, checking in visual elements, and ensuring safety and tidiness standards are met. The role requires communicating inventory issues to management and ensuring compliance with sampling policies and procedures, as well as participating in inventory control. Designated consultants will be cross-trained in cashier functions.
