The Operations Consultant works in partnership with the Operations Supervisor to maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. This role involves providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients, assisting in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems, and maintaining store presentation standards including cleanliness and organization. The consultant will also be responsible for merchandising and operations tasks such as shipment receipt and processing, stockroom organization, processing transfers, damages, and testers, checking visual elements, ensuring safety and tidiness, communicating inventory issues, and participating in inventory control. Designated consultants will be cross-trained in cashier functions.
