About The Position

Our client is a Series A enterprise AI company that turns complex business processes into reliable software. Its technology powers critical workflows for Fortune 500 companies with more than 98% quality across over 500,000 production runs. The company has raised $50 million from leading technology investors, is valued at approximately $500 million, and is scaling rapidly from an early-stage team. We are hiring the first dedicated operations and compliance leader to build the compliance function from the ground up and accelerate enterprise go-to-market execution. The role combines compliance, security coordination, GTM enablement, finance operations, and general company-building. You will work onsite five days per week in San Francisco, which is preferred, or New York.

  • Hands-on exposure to at least one compliance program or framework such as SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS
  • Experience at a high-growth Series A to Series C startup or in a top-tier consulting environment
  • A generalist operator who is comfortable building processes from scratch

  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco or New York
