At First Student, Operations Clerks assist the Location Manager in many aspects of the day-to-day functions. We are looking for individuals who can process new employee files, maintain employee files, process vendor invoices, handle final billing for charter and rental invoices, calculate driver/staff payroll, and input payroll information into the system. This role also involves receiving and processing applications, scheduling interviews, answering the telephone, and responding to customer inquiries.
