At First Student, our Operations Clerks play a key role in supporting both our internal operations and our customer partnerships. This is a unique, off-site position based at the Board of Education, working directly with the customer while serving as a liaison between the BOE, parents, and our operations team. This role is less traditional administrative support and more focused on communication, coordination, and follow-up related to transportation concerns and service delivery.
