About The Position

Agility Robotics is scaling its operations and is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to be embedded within the Program Management Team, working closely with Operations and Supply Chain functions. This role will analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and translate business needs into actionable requirements. The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical thinker with direct experience in operational environments, capable of working independently and producing high-quality work. The position reports to the Senior Director of Program Management.

Requirements

  • Direct experience working in or supporting operations, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Thorough and precise work with clear documentation, requirements, and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, managing time, priorities, and output without close oversight.
  • Ability to translate between business teams and technical or analytical work.
  • Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with project or task tracking tools (e.g., Planner, Project, Jira).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust style for the audience.
  • Curiosity to understand the real problem by digging deeper.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in a high-growth, operationally complex environment such as robotics, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms beyond basic reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement from analysis through adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from functional stakeholders across operations and supply chain.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation.
  • Support process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation.
  • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
  • Work with data from multiple systems (ERP, operational databases, reporting tools) to produce analysis.
  • Partner with program managers to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Document current-state processes and help define future-state workflows.
  • Support key implementation activities such as process design discussions, user validation, UAT coordination, and rollout readiness.
  • Help teams understand how system changes affect their day-to-day work and support adoption.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both working-level teams and senior stakeholders.
