Requirements

• Nine or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience.
• A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous transmission experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite including PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Formally track and report progress toward established goals and milestones for delivery of results.
• Apply creative problem-solving skills to strategic issues.
• Participate in cross-training activities, cross-departmental sharing of knowledge and, when appropriate, cross-departmental developmental assignments.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing and developing new programs to management.
• Develop and lead focused training as needed to support organizational needs and requirements.
