As an Ops & Business Analyst II, you will be responsible for strengthening business process documentation, technical requirement mapping, and cross-team alignment for multiple projects to ensure traceability between business requirements and technical specifications, reducing delivery risk, and supporting the creation of consistent, repeatable processes that improve project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Six or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support or relevant experience.
A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive business process models and technical requirement documentation for projects across the organization.
Standardize and maintain repeatable business analysis processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Establish clear traceability between business requirements and technical specifications to reduce gaps, rework, and missed functionality.
Create and manage RACI matrices to clarify ownership and accountability.
Support strategic alignment, compliance considerations, and operational planning for complex projects.
