Responsibilities

Assist the manager in administration of the branch.
Train new employees.
Assist in evaluation of employee performance.
Production of reports.
Perform daily data entry.
Function as proxy to the manager and all personnel in all branch duties.
Familiar with executing all job duties.
Assist the branch or district manager in all aspects.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services.
Create and maintain promoters (raving fans) of clients, and team members.
Complete all necessary administrative work to ensure safety of all branch personnel.
Educate customers on products that service their needs.
Identify helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.
Adaptable to provide executive-level and service-level sales presentations.
Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients.
Obtain referrals from customers.
Successfully generate leads.
Record in CRM daily activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.
Ensure the positive relationship is maintained while ensuring timely collection of payment for all orders.
Deliver product and pick up used batteries, as well as maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.
Plan efficient routes, ensure proper/accurate, staged, and safe stocking of vehicle.
Assist in loading and unloading process.
Assist retail customers and perform battery installations.
Coordinate labor to ensure branch is orderly, safe, and clean.
Perform inventory cycle counts and complete counts.
Train personnel on mastered job processes, techniques, and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions.
Compile accurate reports.
Coordinate regularly with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives.
Provide regular reports.
