About The Position
ISS International SpA is seeking Operations/Automation Instructors for a short course focused on Storage Tank Areas within a petrochemical plant in Poland. The training will be conducted in English for operation technicians and supervisors, covering essential topics related to IST storage tanks, emergency procedures, system operations, and safety equipment.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Operation/Production and/or Automation roles in Oil Refinery and/or Petrochemicals plants.
- Minimum 2 years as an instructor/trainer in both classroom and On the Job trainings.
- English Fluency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training in English to operation technicians/supervisors.
- Cover main topics including IST storage tanks construction, maintenance, and preparation.
- Explain emergency procedures for various scenarios (e.g., no power, no water supply, no steam, no FG).
- Detail installation limits during start-up and shutdown.
- Instruct on sampling from IST storage tanks.
- Explain water removal processes after maintenance.
- Cover Fixed Firefighting (FF) systems: sprinkler systems, water/foam monitors, steam rings, steam to furnace pipes, and steam to furnace chambers.
- Describe HC and H2S sensor systems, UV/VIS sensors, cable sensors, sound systems, CCTV systems, emergency stop buttons, eye washers, showers, emergency lighting, and emergency diesel generators.
- Explain diagnostic systems in TIR cabinets and alarms in DCS.
