About The Position

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Requirements

1-2 years retail experience

Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.
Perform operations functions prior to store opening.
Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with all the latest merchandise, and assist customers with questions or requests.
Change ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store.
Pull and prepare merchandise to go to the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
Contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
Execute merchandising plans communicated by leadership with efficiency and detail, maintaining merchandising standards as goods flow to the sales floor.
Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.
