About The Position

Regional Homes, a division of Champion Homes, is looking for an experienced operations professional to help support our growing Retail Division. This is a great opportunity to make an impact by improving how things run day-to-day, streamline processes, and helping teams across multiple locations stay aligned and consistent. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an operations professional who enjoys working closely with teams, solving complex operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
2-3 of relevant experience
Trusted judgment in managing employee relations, sensitive workplace issues, and risk‑aware decisions with professionalism and discretion
Ability to coach and influence leaders through performance challenges, investigations, and complex people decisions
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all organizational levels
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt effectively in a fast‑paced, multi‑location environment

Responsibilities

Manage the retail ticketing support system and resolve store requests.
Serve as the primary point of contact for store operational support.
Administer and track Retail lot lease agreements.
Manage city privilege licenses, including applications and renewals.
Set up new employees with Staples, Unishippers, and check scanner access.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support daily operations.
Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
