About The Position

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.
• Perform operations functions prior to store opening.
• Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with all the latest merchandise, and assist customers who ask for questions or assistance.
• Execute pricing and signing, including changing ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise, and prepare the merchandise in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards, ensuring the stockroom is safe, clean, and organized.
• Contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Execute merchandise placement plans communicated by leadership with efficiency and detail, maintaining merchandising standards as goods flow to the sales floor.
• Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.
