About The Position

The Operations Associate works closely with the Store Director and HQ team to lead operational excellence and ensure operational procedures are properly managed to support efficient delivery of the customer experience. The role collaborates with store teams, management, and HQ to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures in partnership with Retail Operations, Supply, Sales Audit, and Architecture / Facilities HQ teams; suggest local adaptations when appropriate.
Manage delivery timelines and potential delays, partnering with HQ supply and logistics to help ensure on-time product deliveries.
Execute in-store operations and stock activities to maintain efficient processes and foster communication.
Support the rollout of applications and updates to existing systems, including training stock and sales teams as needed.
Partner with management to train, coach, and lead store associates in operations tasks, including POS procedures, returns, alteration requests, and dry cleaning.
Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Improve operational procedures and effectiveness.
Perform routine cycle counts, identify inventory discrepancies, and follow standard procedures to address them.
Verify quantities on incoming and outgoing merchandise and supply shipments against documentation, and report discrepancies to the relevant department.
Oversee the annual physical inventory process and ensure losses remain below brand standards.
Coordinate store maintenance and repairs with external vendors and contractors, escalating issues to the Architecture HQ team as needed.
Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
