Requirements

• Experience in administrative support or customer service; financial services experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and accurate data entry
• Ability to complete tasks within expected timeframes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience

Responsibilities

• Edit, input, and distribute client meeting notes
• Provide business operations & administrative support
• Process address changes in CRM, CSS, and NetX360
• Coordinate client gifts and tickets
• Track gifts and tickets
• Maintain Gift Log
• Manage holiday card distribution
• Track licensing and manage renewals and cancellations
• Support client website needs, including: Client registration, eDelivery setup, Account sharing between family members
• Assist with client events (Example: Sever’s Festival – send invitations and track attendees)
• Send email invitations to quarterly webinars
• Confirm client meetings
• Schedule client reviews
• Setup Zoom links and send calendar invitations
• Maintain calendars for multiple advisors
