About The Position

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Requirements

1-2 years retail experience

Responsibilities

Create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store.
Perform operations functions prior to store opening.
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers.
Execute pricing and signing changes on merchandise across the store.
Replenish and restock the store by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the sales floor.
Receive and unload merchandise by working with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
Maintain backroom standards by keeping the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
Contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
Execute merchandise strategy by placing merchandise throughout the store according to leadership plans and merchandising standards.
Participate in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.
