This role owns the stockroom, manages inventory movement, processes shipments, and ensures the sales floor remains full and fresh. Responsibilities include handling E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless customer experience. Behind the scenes, the Operations Associate ensures smooth operations, contributing significantly to the team's success.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized
• Proactive team player who takes ownership
• Customer-first mindset
• Social media skills
• Tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus)
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
